St Nicholas Fortress is located in 11 km from Sibenik city.
That is the second most important attraction of the Sibenik, ranked as a UNESCO monument since 2017.
The fortress is built on the Ljuljevac island in the middle of 16th century, in the Saint Ante channel. Even though it’s original purpose was to defend the entrance to the channel from Turks, the fortress has never participated in any battles.
How to get to the St Nicholas Fortress?
One of the best ways to get to the St Nicholas Fortress is by the boat.

- for adult – 130 kn (about 17,3 euro)
- for child 12-18 years – 117 kn (about 15,6 euro)

The price of the tour includes travelling with the boat, observation of the attractions of the St Ante channel (that part takes about 2 hours) and one entrance to the St Nicholas Fortress.
