Since the 1st of July of 2020 there is a new extreme observation deck in the opened air Skywalk has been opened for tourists. The observation deck is located at the Biokovo mountain – the highest mountain of the region.
Biokovo mountain is a part of the Croatian natural park Biokovo, that is located in somewhat 13 km from the famous Makarska resort city.
The floors at the observation deck Skywalk are transparent, which – at the height of 1128 meters above the ground – guarantees you a little adrenaline shake! ;)
Besides, you will definitely enjoy a fantastic view onto the Adriatic sea and the nearby landscapes!
Locals would tell you that when the weather is good, one can see the Italy when standing at the top of Biokovo… I didn’t see it, but who knows ;(
