The cheapest way is an intercity bus.
A bus ticket Split-Sibenik costs 10-12 euros.

Between Split and Sibenik it is about 80 km and by bus it will be approximately 1 hour 40 minutes.
How to get to Obonjan yoga island: the fastest and most comfortable way
The most comfortable way to book private transfer to the center of Šibenik directly from Split airport.
This transfer will cost about 100 euros, which is not so much for a family or company.
From Sibenik embankment to the island
From Šibenik embankment to Obonjan island the boat “Zvjezdica” sails for resort guests 3 times a day at 10:00, 14:00 and 17:00. A boat trip costs 35 euros, more than 5 guests get a 30% discount.
From June to August you can get to Obonjan by ferry of Croatian ferry company Jadrolinija. But the ferry runs only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30 am from Sibenik to Obonjan, and on the same days at 9:30 from the island to Sibenik.
